So Ultimate Bundles is teaming up with Wellness Mama to do a Healthy Eating Reboot Challenge. I’m excited to try it out because I’ve been needing a reboot of my eating and cooking habits for quite a while now. My husband just bought me the newest, half as small as the 1st, Trim Healthy Mama book. I had initially been put off by the sheer volume of the 1st book they put out. It gathered dust on my night stand for…2 maybe 3 years. Pathetic. But I just felt like I didn’t have the time to read it.
Recently though, I came across a few Instagram post that blew my mind and convinced me that I needed to dust that book off and overhaul my eating habits. So we’ve been learning about the Trim Healthy Mama plan, and watching simplified youtube videos about it to try to understand what it was all about.
Anyhow, so we’ve been on a healthy eating kick, but it’s so easy to fall right off that wagon when you have so many birthdays so close together like we do right now. Throw in a meal pass and a season pass to 6 Flags and the pounds don’t want to budge. Ugh. That’s how I feel about my body right now. Ugh.
So anyhow, I learned that one of my all time FAVORITE bloggers, Wellness Mama, is teaming up with Ultimate bundles to host this Eating Reboot, and I was thinking I HAD to hear what she has to say. How does she set up her pantry? She has 6 children, how does she get them fed in a healthy way?
You know I was just looking at myself in the mirror tonight and I thought, I eat healthy, right? Lentils and beans are healthy right? Then I thought, those fat rolls are telling a different story. So, I’m curious what Katie Wells of WellnessMama.com has to say about Rebooting my Healthy eating. What do you think? Am I the only one that needs a Reboot? Anyone else out there struggling with this?
